We offer fair, pro-rated refunds for unused portions of your Komodo Eye subscription period. Simply cancel your subscription and submit a refund request through our support portal.

Monthly subscriptions are refunded based on unused days in your billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are refunded based on remaining unused months in your subscription period.

All refund requests are processed within 3 business days of submission. Actual refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

To process your refund, please provide your account information, proof of purchase, and reason for requesting the refund. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
